I signed up to take the GRE today.
It's the second time I'll be taking the exam. The first go-round happened 11 years ago (eleven years??!!).
Needless to say, I'm a little bit scared. I always vowed that if someone told me I had to take the GRE again, I'd simply change my plans. But, now I'm pretty convinced that I'm not going to let some big old nasty exam scare me away from the possibility of possibility.
So -- wish me luck. And say a prayer for me.
I see a great deal of studying in my near future.

I'm so proud of you! I know you'll do an awesome job of it! rena
Hey! Just returned from out of town, "up north," as they say here. But yes, neighbor, I'm just a hop over here. Here's hoping your weather is slightly less muggy...although your post about mosquitoes tells me it's not. My blood is in a about five mosquitoes per day now, too.
I know exactly what you mean with the GRE. I have had my fair share of private interviews with the GMAT on a Saturday morning, wherein I did not get the job. I actually got a tutor--not a bad idea if you come to it.
Good luck!
